Inspirados por los días en que recorría las calles de mi pueblo natal vendiendo golosinas como mangos y pan, hemos dado vida a un lugar donde esos recuerdos se transforman en exquisiteces contemporáneas.
En nuestro menú, encontrará una variedad de delicias elaboradas con base de mango, waffles, licuados, crepes, etc fusionando sabores tradicionales con toques modernos para ofrecerle una experiencia única. Cada bocado está diseñado para transportarlo a las calles soleadas de Honduras, donde los sabores frescos y vibrantes son parte de la vida cotidiana.
Elegimos Fredericksburg, Virginia, como el punto de partida de esta aventura culinaria porque es aquí donde hemos echado raíces y donde deseamos compartir nuestras tradiciones con la comunidad local. Welcome to our paradise of sweet and sour snacks, where each creation is a delicious evocation of my childhood in El Triunfo, Choluteca, Honduras. Inspired by the days when I roamed the streets of my hometown selling sweets like mangos and bread, we have given life to a place where those memories are transformed into contemporary delicacies.
On our menu, you will find a variety of delicacies made with a mango base, waffles, smoothies, crepes, etc. fusing traditional flavors with modern touches to offer you a unique experience. Each bite is designed to transport you to the sunny streets of Honduras, where fresh and vibrant flavors are part of everyday life.
We chose Fredericksburg, Virginia, as the starting point of this culinary adventure because it is here where we have put down roots and where we wish to share our traditions with the local community. Our commitment is to expand to other places, taking with us the essence of our culture and flavors.
We have trained our team to provide each customer with the best of our products, ensuring that each visit is memorable and full of flavor. We take pride in offering warm and attentive service, reflecting the Honduran hospitality that characterizes us.

Historia de la Marca
Chile Mango and More no es solo una marca, es una historia que nace del corazón de un pequeño pueblo en Choluteca, Honduras: El Triunfo. Desde mi niñez, el chile mango ha sido mucho más que un simple antojo; ha sido un vínculo de amor, comunidad y tradición que perdura hasta el día de hoy.
Recuerdo con cariño los días de mi infancia, cuando en las calles de mi pueblo, vendía mangos frescos con chile, limón y sal. Aquella mezcla de sabores explosivos era el alma de nuestras reuniones familiares y de amigos. Nos reuníamos alrededor del mismo árbol de mango, donde compartíamos risas y recuerdos mientras disfrutábamos de esos mangos recién cortados, sazonados con los ingredientes que nos daban un toque de frescura y sabor único. Esa simplicidad, esa conexión con la tierra y la gente, es lo que me inspiró a crear esta marca.
Chile Mango and More nace del deseo de revivir esos momentos especiales y compartirlos con el mundo. Pero más allá del mango con chile, mi visión es ofrecer una variedad de productos que capturen la esencia de mi niñez: sabores auténticos y frescos, elaborados con ingredientes naturales y de calidad. Como parte de mi compromiso con las tradiciones de mi pueblo, he querido incorporar esos recuerdos en cada uno de los productos que ofrecemos, llevando un pedacito de El Triunfo a cada hogar.
La vida no siempre fue fácil; crecí en un hogar humilde, con una economía limitada, pero con un amor inmenso de parte de mi madre, Liliana, mi abuela, Lucía, mis hermanas Nena y Maylin, y dos tíos que siempre estuvieron a mi lado, inculcándome los valores que me han guiado hasta el día de hoy. Gracias a ellos, entendí que las cosas más valiosas no se compran, sino que se construyen con esfuerzo, amor y pasión.
Ahora, como adulta y madre, continúo la tradición, preparando esos mangos con chile para mis hijos, asegurándome de que nunca olviden la importancia de nuestras raíces y el sabor de la abundancia que el mango representa en mi pueblo. Cada bocado que ofrezco a mis hijos y a quienes disfrutan de nuestros productos es un recordatorio de la alegría que traen esas pequeñas cosas de la vida: la conexión con la familia, la cultura y la naturaleza.

Chile Mango and More is not just a brand, it is a story that is born from the heart of a small town in Choluteca, Honduras: El Triunfo. Since my childhood, the mango chile has been much more than a simple craving; it has been a bond of love, community and tradition that endures to this day.
I fondly remember the days of my childhood, when on the streets of my town, I sold fresh mangoes with chili, lemon and salt. That mix of explosive flavors was the soul of our family and friends gatherings. We gathered around the same mango tree, where we shared laughs and memories while enjoying those freshly cut mangoes, seasoned with the ingredients that gave us a touch of freshness and unique flavor. That simplicity, that connection with the land and the people, is what inspired me to create this brand.
Chile Mango and More was born from the desire to relive those special moments and share them with the world. But beyond mango with chile, my vision is to offer a variety of products that capture the essence of my childhood: authentic and fresh flavors, made with natural and quality ingredients. As part of my commitment to the traditions of my town, I have wanted to incorporate those memories in each of the products we offer, bringing a little piece of El Triunfo to every home.
Life was not always easy; I grew up in a humble home, with a limited economy, but with immense love from my mother, Liliana, my grandmother, Lucía, my sisters Nena and Maylin, and two uncles who were always by my side, instilling in me the values that have guided me to this day. Thanks to them, I understood that the most valuable things are not bought, but are built with effort, love and passion.
Now, as an adult and a mother, I continue the tradition, preparing those mangos with chile for my children, making sure that they never forget the importance of our roots and the taste of abundance that mango represents in my town. Every bite I offer to my children and those who enjoy our products is a reminder of the joy that those little things in life bring: the connection with family, culture, and nature.
